PCCD is out-of-network by design, so your treatment is guided by what's right for your smile rather than an insurance checklist. We accept most PPO plans, file claims on your behalf, and give you transparent pricing before anything starts.

A Bay Area native, Dr. Field trained at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, where he now returns as guest faculty teaching full-mouth rehabilitation and IV sedation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, and he is best known for what he calls aesthetic reconstruction: a brand-new smile with function restored, often completed in two appointments under IV sedation.
He is joined by Dr. Marlana Shile, a Stanford and University of the Pacific honors graduate and President-Elect of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, known for minimal-prep veneers and Invisalign; Dr. Duc Pham, a Navy-trained dentist with advanced CEREC, surgical, and endodontic training; and Dr. Karl Supal, a University of Michigan graduate experienced in full-mouth treatment planning and same-day CAD/CAM dentistry. Each Veterans Day the practice opens its doors to Bay Area veterans for more than $20,000 in donated care.

Yes. New patients receive a complimentary consultation, exam, and X-rays, plus a free whitening kit once any active decay or gum disease is treated. The free exam doesn't apply to cosmetic, biological/holistic, or prosthodontic services, and offers can't be combined.

Every PCCD doctor offers sedation, from oral sedation up to IV sedation administered by a certified anesthesiologist. Many full-mouth cases are completed in two appointments, so the hard part is over quickly.
We offer CareCredit, PatientFi, and Sunbit financing, accept HSA and FSA funds, and give you a written estimate before treatment. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments; debit, HSA, FSA, cash, and check have no fee.
