Smile Cascade files your claims for you and runs a benefits check before your appointment. We accept Healthy Kids Dental for children. No insurance? Ask about the VIP Plan.
Our in-house membership plan is a straightforward alternative to insurance. $33/month covers your exams, cleanings, and X-rays, plus 20% off every other treatment. No deductibles, no yearly maximums, no waiting period. Periodontal patients: ask about the VIP Perio Plan at $48/month.
When the Cascade Family Dental Group team joined Smile Cascade, the office became a multi-specialty campus: adult and teen dentistry, Little Smiles pediatric care, and access to Smile Orthodontics, with a broader list of in-network insurance plans.
Dr. Stephanie Brown and Dr. Brigette Jones are residency-trained pediatric dentists. Age-appropriate communication, on-time appointments, and a reception area just for kids.
Adults get private treatment rooms and their own reception area with free wifi, with Dr. Kevin Fitzpatrick handling preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care.

Dr. Brigette Jones, DDS, a Howard University graduate with a pediatric residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, also sees Little Smiles patients here.

Smile Cascade is in-network with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, United Healthcare, and Healthy Kids Dental, and we file claims for most other PPO plans. Call (616) 228-1210 and we'll check your plan before you come in.
Ask about the VIP Plan: $33 a month (ages 14 and up) covers two exams, two cleanings, two fluoride applications, annual X-rays, and one emergency exam, plus 20% off most other treatment (orthodontics and implants excluded). There's a one-time $100 enrollment fee for monthly members, and a VIP Perio Plan at $48 a month for patients who need three cleanings a year. We also offer Sunbit pay-over-time plans and CareCredit financing.
